All Sales Are Final

We cannot accept returned merchandise nor offer refunds. Please read our product descriptions, watch the product videos, and/or listen to sample clips of the music before buying.

Shipping/Delivery

During the months of November and December, all Firewords Media products will be shipped from Colorado within two (2) business days of purchase.  We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express.  (We can only use USPS for shipments to post office boxes.)  We will make every effort to facilitate the arrival of your product(s) to you by December 24; you can help us do so by ordering early!  During the months of January through October, all products will be shipped within ten (10) business days, and shipments may originate from an outside vendor.  Please call or contact us with any questions, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mountain Time; our contact information is available on our website.
